Stainless steel tube
Stainless steel seamless tube is a kind of hollow profile strip steel without seam around. For thick products with thick thickness and thick wall, it is economical. The thinner the wall thickness, the higher the processing cost, and it has good heat resistance and corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance of seamless stainless steel pipe depends on the alloy elements contained in the steel. Chromium is the essential element that makes stainless steel resistant to corrosion. When the chromium content in the steel reaches about 12%, chromium reacts with oxygen in the corrosive medium to form a very thin oxide film (self-passivation film) on the steel surface, which can prevent further corrosion of the steel matrix. In addition to chromium, common alloy elements are nickel, molybdenum, titanium, niobium, copper, nitrogen, etc.
